Porter Road beef is what makes our burgers stand out. Every burger we serve is made from beef that’s pasture-raised in Kentucky, dry-aged, and hand-packed for ultimate tenderness. This isn’t just beef; it’s beef, the way it should be.
The Porter Road Difference
It all starts with their commitment to quality. The beef we use from Porter Road is pasture-raised, locally in Kentucky, without any added hormones or antibiotics. This results in a product that’s not only healthier but also superior in taste.
Our proprietary beef blend is a 75/25 mix, a whole animal grind that perfectly balances lean meat and fat for a juicy, flavorful burger. But it’s not just about the blend; it’s also about the process.
Porter Road has developed a custom grind-and-pack process specifically for M.L.Rose. The beef is hand-packed to maintain a looser texture, which retains ultimate tenderness when cooked and creates the perfect mouthfeel.
