If you’ve ever been to M.L.Rose locations around Nashville for a night out or a quick bite between friends, you may have noticed that their beer list is… a lot. Their spring list consists of well over 70 different sips between their draft, can and bottle offerings.
But have you ever wondered how they all got there, or why your favorite might not be on the list? It turns out, there’s a pretty extensive selection process.
Reporter Molly Davis recently got a rare glimpse behind the curtain of M.L.Rose’s beer council, which meets every few months to decide which brews make the cut out of sometimes hundreds of contenders.
