Nashville’s M.L.Rose restaurant takes step to expand into Mt. Juliet at old Logan’s Roadhouse site

M.L.Rose Craft Beer & Burgers restaurant ownership has taken steps to open a fourth restaurant at the former Logan’s Roadhouse location  at Providence Marketplace in Mt. Juliet.

Owner Austin Ray has moved forward on a lease, contingent on financing, for about two-thirds of the building owned by Lineberry Properties.

M.L.Rose, which initially opened in 2008 as The Melrose Neighborhood Pub, now has three locations in Nashville. The three locations now are at 8th Avenue South in Melrose, Charlotte Avenue in Sylvan Park and 11th Avenue North known as Capitol View.

“Mt. Juliet has been on a short list for a fourth location for quite some time,” Ray said.

A timeline to open is still tentative, but Ray anticipates sometime in 2021, he said.

M.L.Rose would take about two-thirds of the Logan’s space to be renovated, Mark Lineberry of Lineberry Properties said.

Lineberry Properties plans to renovate the approximate one-third of the remaining space that will include adding a drive-thru and will be available for lease, Lineberry said.

This building that used to be occupied by Logan's Roadhouse is expected to be the site of a new M.L.Rose restaurant in Nashville.
