The Headliners: Mules & Spritzes Have Entered the Chat
For years, M.L.Rose has built its reputation on great beer and approachable cocktails. This fall, we’re taking things a step further with two categories we’re especially excited about: Mules and Spritzes.
Meet the Mule Lineup
Refreshing, crisp, and dangerously easy to drink, our new mule menu brings a little personality to a classic favorite.
The Cranberry Pear Mule combines tequila, spiced pear liqueur, cranberry, and ginger beer for a bright, seasonal twist. The Apple Cider Mule layers spiced apple bourbon, cranberry, ginger beer, and fresh orange juice for what might just become the unofficial drink of fall. And for the traditionalists, the Tito’s Classic Mule delivers everything you love about the original.

Spritz Season Isn’t Over
Who says spritzes are only for summer?
This fall we’re introducing three sparkling crowd-pleasers: the Hugo Spritz, Sarti Spritz, and the timeless Aperol Spritz. Each brings bright bubbles, refreshing citrus notes, and a lighter drinking experience that’s perfect for afternoons on the patio and game day gatherings.
They’re crisp. They’re refreshing. And they’re about to become your new obsession.
Margaritas Are Having a Moment
Of course, we couldn’t roll out a new cocktail menu without showing some love to one of M.L.Rose’s most popular categories.
Alongside our signature Mezcal Margarita, we’re introducing two new flavor-packed house margaritas. The Pink Guava Margarita delivers tropical fruit character and a gorgeous color, while the El Diablo Margarita brings the heat with fresh jalapeño and chipotle peppers. The classic version remains exactly what a great margarita should be: simple, fresh, and made with 100% blue agave tequila.
And yes, the fan-favorite $5 Margarita is still here for those who know a good deal when they see one.
Fall Flavors, M.L.Rose Style
When temperatures start to drop, whiskey starts calling.
That’s why we’ve added several new spirit-forward cocktails designed for cooler weather. The Angel’s Envy Rye Old Fashioned, Maple Old Fashioned, and High West Cinnamon & Smoke deliver rich flavors, seasonal spices, and everything you want from a great fall bourbon cocktail.

Frozen Drinks Aren’t Going Anywhere
Just because it’s fall doesn’t mean we’re putting the blender away.
The Frozen Espresso Martini combines vodka, espresso liqueur, cold brew, and cream for a frozen version of one of today’s most popular cocktails. Meanwhile, the Cherry Amaretto Freeze blends bourbon, amaretto, cherries, and creamy frozen texture into something that drinks like dessert in a glass.
